Dan served in this capacity for nine years and was then promoted to chief operating officer. In addition to serving on the executive leadership team, he also oversees the human resources, information technology, warehouse, production, and design departments. Dan holds a BA degree from St. Olaf College and an MBA from Western Michigan University. He also obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate.
